Thank you for using our macOS app BrightIntosh. Protecting your data is very important to us. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use our app.

Data Collection or Processing

As part of the free trial version, our app accesses our server to retrieve the current date. During this process, only technically necessary log files are stored on the server to ensure the smooth operation of the application. These log files contain information such as the IP address of the accessing device, the time of access, and the requested resource. No personal data is collected or processed. The log files are used solely for security and troubleshooting purposes and are automatically deleted after the statutory retention period. The data is handled in accordance with our website privacy policy.

Apart from this, our app does not collect, store, or process any personal data. No data is transmitted to or stored on servers. All functions of the app can be used without providing any personal information.

Use of Apple Services

For certain in-app purchases and transactions, we use the interfaces provided by Apple. In this context, payment information is processed exclusively through Apple's platform. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If changes are made, they will be published in the app.

Objection to Advertising Emails

We object to the use of contact data published within the scope of legal notice requirements for sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials. The operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam emails.
